In the query windows (in the menu "Report \ Ware") areas for displaying individual and group contracts are included. They can be viewed from the perspective of customers, customer accounts, representatives, companies, articles and sustainability.
From the displayed contracts in the hit list, the user can directly switch to the contract management by double-clicking with the left mouse button, in order to see, for example, the individual decreases or the rate split. However, the user can not make any changes.
In addition, the user can call up archived contract documents, and, in the case of an activated web portal, also select specific web-based entries for direct access.
In addition, the context menu for the displayed contracts has been extended by the new entry "Movements".
This allows the individual movements, decreases, and reservations to be displayed within the query window in a separate query area without having to switch to the contract window.
Filtered display of contract movements
Oberhalb der tabellarischen Übersicht auf der Registerseite "Tabelle" des Abfragebereiches sind mehrere Auswahlboxen vorhanden. Mit Hilfe der einzelnen Auswahlboxen kann der Anwender die
dargestellten Kontraktbewegungen komfortabel eingrenzen bzw. filtern.
Die Auswahlbox "Status" ermöglicht es dem Anwender festzulegen, welchen Bearbeitungsstatus die eingegrenzten Bewegungen haben sollen:
- Erfasste: Bewegungen werden berücksichtigt, die erfasst, aber weder abgerechnet noch verarbeitet wurden.
- Abgerechnete: Es werden Bewegungen angezeigt, die abgerechnet bzw. fakturiert aber noch nicht verarbeitet wurden.
- Disponierte: Unverarbeitete Bewegungen werden angezeigt.
- Verarbeitete: Es werden nur die verarbeiteten bzw. integrierten Bewegungen berücksichtigt.

Alle: Es werden sämtliche Bewegungen dargestellt.
Zusätzlich sind die Auswahlboxen "Lager" und "Artikel" vorhanden. Diese werden in Abhängigkeit des ausgewählten Kontraktes gefüllt und enthalten nur die Lagerorte bzw. Artikel, welche in den einzelnen Kontraktbewegungen angesprochen wurden. Dadurch bleiben die beiden Auswahlboxen kompakt, ohne überflüssige Einträge aufzulisten.
