Structured print files

You or your administrator can set the structure of the individual print files, which are created per address with the same print sets as an extensive PDF document.

Specify whether the print files should be sent with or without the cover sheet and set the order in which the document types are to be listed.

For example, set the double-sided printing. Thus even lower costs are incurred for the print files sent to E-POST.
